What we collect

When you write to us — through the Contact form, the Tailor-made enquiry, the newsletter sign-up, or a guest story submission — we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, and the content of your message. Some forms ask for more, like a phone number, travel dates, or group size, so we can plan around them.

If you share a photo with a guest story submission, we store it only to consider using it on the site, and only with your explicit consent, which the form asks for directly.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, design or arrange your journey, and keep you informed before and during your trip. If you opt in to our newsletter, we use your email to send occasional Patagonia travel inspiration — nothing else, and never more often than you'd expect.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are sent directly to our own email account. We don't route your information through a marketing platform or a third-party mailing list. Once your booking is confirmed, we send you a secure payment link so you can pay through PayPal. Payment details are handled by PayPal, never by us or by this site.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. We don't run ads, and we don't share your browsing activity with anyone. Anything stored in your browser is limited to what the site itself needs to function.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as it's useful for planning your journey and for our own accounting and legal record-keeping. Guest stories and photos are kept only if you've consented to their use, for as long as we might reasonably use them on the site.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — including withdrawing consent for a guest story or photo already shared. Write to travel@hubpatagonia.com and we'll take care of it personally; there's no automated process to navigate.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date below. We'll never change how we use information you've already given us without telling you first.
