The People Behind Hub Patagonia
We came to Patagonia once. We never really left.
What began as a journey south became a decision to build a life here — and eventually, a way to help others experience the territory that changed our own sense of scale.

Our Story
A landscape that stayed with us.
In 2021, a trip to Torres del Paine changed the direction of our lives. We walked the W and then slowed down for a few days in Puerto Natales. When we got back to Santiago, what stayed with us wasn't only the landscape. It was the sense of space — the way Patagonia seemed to clear the mind and give us back a scale that everyday life had slowly squeezed.
We couldn't stop thinking about what it would mean to live here.
In 2023 I took a role in luxury hospitality in Puerto Natales, and Marcos could keep working in technology from anywhere, so the move became possible. We came because of my job, but we soon understood we had come for something bigger.
As I got to know the region, I realized I wanted to experience Patagonia beyond the hotel, so I left.
What came next took me into the world of working estancias, gauchos, remote landscapes and people whose knowledge isn't in any guidebook. I spent the next two years close to that world, traveling the territory and building relationships with the people who are now part of the journeys we design.
In 2026 all of that came together with Marcos's experience in technology, strategy and operational systems. Hub Patagonia grew from two complementary strengths: my instinct to care for the traveler, and the structure Marcos builds so that care can be delivered consistently.
Why We Built Hub Patagonia
Patagonia should feel vast. Your journey should not feel uncertain.
We created Hub Patagonia for people who feel drawn to this territory but are unsure how to navigate its distance, weather and complexity.
Our role is to bring certainty to the journey without taking the wildness out of Patagonia — combining personal care, local knowledge and thoughtful planning so travelers can be fully present once they arrive.
This is not Patagonia arranged from a distance. It is Patagonia designed from within.
One Last Story
They came wondering why we stayed. After that, we no longer had to explain.
Before visiting us, our families and friends often asked the same question: why had we chosen to move so far away?
Then they came.
They crossed the fjord, felt the wind, sat around the table and saw the scale of the landscape for themselves. The question disappeared.
That is what we hope to make possible through Hub Patagonia: a journey with enough time, space and care for you to discover what this territory might restore, awaken or bring into focus.
